Bacon Wrapped Asparagus is a quick and delicious side dish that bakes up golden and crispy in 30 minutes. Baked in the oven and broiled for an extra crisp, this will become a staple side dish that everyone will enjoy!
- 18 stalks Asparagus, trimmed
- 6 slices Bacon
- 1 tsp olive oil
- garlic salt
- black pepper
Preheat over to 400º.
Trim asparagus and drizzle olive oil, garlic salt and black pepper.
Take 3 asparagus stalks and wrap with bacon. Place on baking sheet. Place in oven and cook for 15 minutes. Using tongs, flip each bundle over and bake additional 15 minutes.
Place under broiler for 1-2 minutes to get bacon extra crispy.
